We are hiring: leadership positions open

The ALPHA Pack Regiment is a tactical WARDOGS regiment for players who show up, communicate and have each other's backs. Our structure is in place: units, ranks, a written Code, planned ops with slotted ORBATs, and our own server. Now we need the people to fill it.

Open leadership positions

• Platoon leaders (Captain) for 2nd Platoon (English) and 3rd Platoon (German): you lead a platoon on ops and look after its people.
• Lieutenants who support the Captains and lead in their place.
• Unit leads for our specialist units, the Combat Engineers and the Flying Squadron.
• Warrant Officers for the technical side: the game server, the website, and the support team that answers tickets.
• Squad leaders (Sergeants): Sergeants are elected by their unit, so join as an Alpha, lead squads on ops and earn the nomination.

Officers and Warrant Officers are appointed by High Command. If you bring leadership experience, High Command can bring you in at a higher rank. That is the exception, not the rule, so tell us what you have done.

What we expect

• You are 18 or older and own WARDOGS on Steam.
• You use Discord with a working microphone and push-to-talk.
• You speak English or German.
• You show up to the ops you sign up for and follow the Code.

2. Apply on the website at alphapack.army/apply. Sign in with Discord, link your Steam account and answer five questions.
3. Want a leadership role? Say so in your application, or open a ticket in the Recruitment category on the Support page.
